Ko Olina is Oahu's newest resort area. It's located in the city of Kapolei (also called Oahu's "Second City" due to it's fast growth) which is over on the southwest tip of the island.

Ko Olina is known for it's excellent, though man made, lagoons. There are a total of 4 of these gorgeous beaches which are Ko Olina Lagoon 1 (Kahola Lagoon), Ko Olina Lagoon 2 (Honu Lagoon), Ko Olina Lagoon 3 (Nai'a Lagoon), and Ko Olina Lagoon 4 (Ulua Lagoon). There are also some lesser known beaches such as Lanikuhonua (Paradise Cove) Beach, Sacred Beach @ Lanikuhonua in Ko Olina, and Makaiwa Beach Park (Ko Olina Hidden Beach).

As for hotels, or "resorts" as the owners always call them now, on Ko Olina Lagoon 1 (Kahola Lagoon) you will find the mega monster that is Aulani A Disney Resort And Spa as well as the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.

On Ko Olina Lagoon 2 (Honu Lagoon) you will find The Beach Villas at Ko Olina which are condominiums that you can buy and live in or rent for a vacation.

Ko Olina Lagoon 3 (Nai'a Lagoon) is home to Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club. If you are looking for a boat tour you'll find the Ko Olina Marina next to Ko Olina Lagoon 4 (Ulua Lagoon).

Looking for some golf? Then check out the onsite and highly rated Ko Olina Golf Club which is the home of the LPGA LOTTE Championship as well as some upscale, yet casual, dining at Roy's Ko'Olina.

In addition to the restaurants and shops located in the various resorts, Ko Olina Station & Center offer up several dining options such as Monkeypod Kitchen, Just Tacos, Ko Olina Hawaiian Bar-B-Que, and Island Vintage Coffee to name a few. You can't fall down without hitting an ABC Store in Hawaii so rest assured that the Island Country Markets has you covered for drinks, snacks, clothing, and even made to order food.

Ko Olina offers everything you need for a fun filled vacation but if you decide you need to stay for good then you'll be happy to know that there are five different residential communities where you can buy or lease a house or condo. These five communities are Kai Lani, The Coconut Plantation, Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates and Villas, Ko Olina Hillside Villas, and The Fairways at Ko Olina. See the real estate office at the Ko Olina Station & Center when you are ready to move to paradise.
