Ko Olina Nui - China Oceanwide Holdings Hotel At Ko Olina

Not to be confused with the newly announced Atlantis Resort At Ko Olina, a new luxury resort is being planned at the Ko Olina Resort. This new resort will feature two luxury towers that will include 150 condo units and 150 hotel rooms. Restaurants and shops are also expected to be included in the development.

Constructions has not yet begun and no opening date has been announced, nor has the hotel name / brand been announced. The developer, China Oceanwide Holdings, is expected to build a luxury resort that caters to Chinese travelers. It's possible this could be done under Hong Kong's Shangri-La Hotel brand or another brand.

As for location, this new resort will be built on the parcel of land located between The Beach Villas at Ko Olina and Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club which would give guests easy access to Ko Olina Lagoon 2 (Honu Lagoon) and Ko Olina Lagoon 3 (Nai'a Lagoon).
