Lawai Beach Resort - Hotels On Kauai Koloa, Hawaii

Lawai Beach Resort is located across the Pacific Ocean on the south shore of Kauai, the resort contains 176 condominium units set on seven acres that overlook one of the local snorkeling and surfing spots, Lawa'i Beach.

Resort amenities include three swimming pools and spas; mini golf, tennis court and fitness center on a rooftop; BBQ area by the pools, and rooftop deck and garden. They are two miles from the famous Poipu Beach Park, one mile from Spouting Horn Park / Spouting Horn Blowhole, shopping and dinning are within minutes of driving and whale watching from private lanais.

There are two computer kiosks available at the Honu Center in the Banyan Building, for a nominal fee and guests can surf the web, check their email and print out documents. And they also offer housekeeping with full service that includes complete replacement of linens and towels, bathroom cleaning, furniture dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and emptying trash.

Alii Building offers spacious one and two bedroom units with ocean and garden view lanais (balconies). Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, as well as complimentary wired and wireless internet access, king size bed in master bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom, washer and dryer, 46” HD TV in the living room and 32” HD TV in the bedroom(s).

Banyan Building offers spacious one and two bedroom units with ocean, garden and pool view lanais (balconies). Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, as well as complimentary wired and wireless internet access, king size bed in master bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom, washer and dryer, 40” HD TV in the living room and 32” HD TV in the bedroom(s).

Banyan Executive Suites offers spacious two bedroom suites with ocean and pool view lanais (balconies). The Executive Suite features air conditioning with fully equipped kitchen that include a dishwasher. Amenities include complimentary wired and wireless internet access, king size bed in master bedroom, king size bed in the second bedroom, 32” HD TV in the living room and 32” HD TV in the bedroom(s). The second bedroom can be a lock-out unit with private access, bathroom, sitting area and a kitchenette. There’s also a washer and dryer in both bedrooms.

Coral Building offers spacious one and two bedroom units with garden, pool and partial ocean view lanais (balconies). Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, as well as complimentary wired and wireless internet access, king size bed in master bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom (one-bedroom unit with queen size bed), washer and dryer, 40” HD TV in the living room and 32” HD TV in the bedroom(s).

Lika Lani Building offers spacious one and two bedroom units with street and partial ocean view lanais (balconies). Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, as well as complimentary wired and wireless internet access, king size bed in master bedroom, two twin size beds in the second bedroom, washer and dryer, 46” HD TV in the living room and 32” HD TV in the bedroom(s).

Pool and Recreation
Lawai Beach Resort has three pools and spas. There’s also a RoofTop Center with a fitness center, shower room, sitting area with TV and pool table. Resort features include a tennis court, mini-golf, BBQ grills and picnic areas. Lawai Beach Resort also has a herb garden with includes Hawaiian chili pepper, sweet basil, lemon grass, chives, garlic chives, parsley, etc.

Activities include complimentary island orientation with free juice, coffee and pastries available. There’s also Ohana Potluck & Hula Dance Show / Craft Fair, lei making, free scuba demo, hula lessons, ukulele lessons, Kiahuna Golf Scramble, water-color painting class, low impact yoga-Tai Chi, low back / rotator cuff exercises and tropical water fitness.

When you're ready for some beach time just walk across the street to Lawa'i Beach.
