Matt Anderson's Take
Of the four churches Father Damien Built on Molokai, only two remain - Saint Joseph Church at Kamalo built in 1876, and Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows, or Kalua'aha Church which was built in 1874. It's located in Kalua'aha which is across the street from the Ni'aupala Fishpond. Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows was built in 1874. It's good place to take pictures as your driving to Halawa Valley / Halawa Beach Park.

Not as nice as nearby St. Joseph's this is still part of Father Damien's legacy on Molokai and a trip to the island isn't complete without taking the time to learn about him and his work with the leper colony. The old cross out front makes for a nice photo op with the church in the background. Unlike St. Joseph's, this church was not open to go inside when we visited.
