Kamaole Beach Park II Iliiliholo Beach - Beaches On Maui Kihei, Hawaii

Kamaole Beach Park II, or Iliiliholo Beach as it's also known, is one of a set of three similar beaches that are all next to each other in the city of Kihei in south Maui. Though all three are similar, this review is for Kamaole Beach Park II but we also have reviews for Kamaole Beach Park I and Kamaole Beach Park III.

Kamaole II (or just Kam 2 if you want to sound like you know what you're talking about) doesn't have a parking lot so the only option is to hope you get something along the street here.

The flip side to the bad parking situation usually means that this beach is less crowded than the other Kama'ole beaches but it's still very popular.

If you are staying at a nearby condo or resort located right around here then you'll love the easy access you have to this beach. You'll still need to walk across South Kihei Road so things could be safer there, but it's not too bad. Just remember that tourist drivers are rubbernecking anytime there is ocean to see and may not be watching for people crossing the road.

There is plenty of sand here but not much in the way of grass to play on. The waters are often very nice here and the views, as usual, are also amazing.
