The Ka'anapali Beach Hotel is a budget option in an otherwise expensive area of Maui. What it lacks in amenities when compared to the nearby mega resorts it makes up for in location since it is located right on Ka'anapali Beach.

You'll also have great access to Whalers Village via the beach walk.

This hotel has the iconic whale shaped pool which was likely a novelty at a time where this was one of the few buildings in the area. These days, the pool area feels very dated and boring compared to what everyone else seems to offer.

The hotel is made up of three six story buildings which have elevators and one three story building (named Molokai) without an elevator so make sure you know what building you are booking in if that matters to you.
