The Legends of Kaanapali Luau is a Hawaiian style luau dinner and show located at the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel. Enjoy a meal featuring roasted pig (over kiawe charcoal on a rotisserie rather than the traditional imu) and try some of their made-in-house Poi. When the main entertainment begins you'll be transported back to the time of the Tahitian migration to Ka'anapali Beach. Learn the history of how they became the kanaka maoli, the Hawaiian people, through song and dance. If you've never experienced a luau before be sure to read What Is A Luau along with our Maui, Hawaii Luau Guide.
