Full Description
Haleiwa Beach House is located where the Jameson's By The Sea restaurant used to be. This family friendly restaurant specializes in burgers, sandwiches, steaks, seafood, and other types of American cuisine.

For those who have visited Jameson's before, note that this is the same building but it might as well be entirely new because that's how it looks inside and out. It's very well done with two stories and plenty of dining area along with a large bar area. The views of Haleiwa Beach Park across the street are second to none and make for a very relaxed open air dining experience.

Executive Chef Chris Blanc has put a fun and fancy twist on some old favorites like their Thai Chicken Sandwich. Cocktails and craft beers are available along with an assortment of bottled beers.

Went there in October 2018. Horrible, horrible food and prices are outrageous even for Hawaii. I loved Jameson by the sea and wish it had never closed. Will NEVER go to the Beach House again.

The view here can't be beat! The food is always delicious. The ahi is amazing and all of the appetizers are great! I'd recommend going around sunset so you can see the beautiful views. And take a walk around the restaurant to check out all the art. They have a great drink menu... definitely recommend trying some different ones. A must see on the north shore.

Braised short ribs are excellent and the views of the ocean or amazing. Service was okay but we've had better elsewhere.

This was supposed to be a 5 star review because my food was 5 stars. I went for the cheeseburger which uses incredibly delicious wagyu beef and comes dripping in white cheddar cheese (in my case) and caramelized onions and is served on a soft taro bun. It was incredibly good. Even the unique fries that came with it are up there with my all time favorite fries. Toss in some gorgeous views and great service and it should have been a 5 star experience.

Then the bill came. The burger was $13, which is actually almost reasonable in Hawaii for this level of quality so no major complaint there. My glass of Coke was $6. I'm not making that up, it was $6. Since Allen Funt didn't pop out with a hidden camera I ended up paying the $6 for my Coke. Even plain old unsweetened ice tea was also $6!

I'll go back for that burger but I'll be drinking water with it. Bottom line, just drink water if you go and skip the overpriced soft drinks.

This beautiful new restaurant in Haleiwa has the best view! We sat right next to the edge of the building and the breeze felt wonderful. I had the Thai Chicken sandwich. It was good, the flavors were awesome but the chicken was a little rubbery. The fries were amazing, however! They were these huge kinda curly fries and I could have eaten a lot more of those. I also had the banana ice cream. It was really yummy, but $6 dollars for 3 small scoops is ridiculous! As is $6 for an Iced tea! There are no listings for non-alcoholic beverages so you don't know that you are paying a small fortune for your drink. If I had had water it would have been a good deal for lunch.

The service was great, our server was very friendly and attentive. I will go there again to try something else, but only water for me. The restaurant is beautifully decorated.

Ordered the off menu specials and was pleased with the quality of food. Would definitely like to see more vegetables offered, though. We had reservations and had a zero wait time, as did Everyone else. This is going to be an amazing place once everyone is trained up and the menu is broadened. Upstairs is exactly what we need on the north shore.

Just had a soft opening this week. Even with the limited menu during this time, the food was great. Server Chris was very attentive, as were the other employees. We will definitely return for a sunset dinner. The new interior is excellent with great views of the beach and ocean. Even though I did not care for the mai tai, I will try a different drink the next time.
