Jamesons By The Sea - Restaurants On Oahu Haleiwa, Hawaii

We like Jameson's By The Sea due to their good food and good service. The food isn't spectacular nor is the service, and you are likely to even have to wait a bit for a seat at peak times. But it's an above average place with a great view as it's located just across the street from Haleiwa Beach Park (aka, the ocean).

They have plenty of outdoor seating with great views all around but the building itself is kind of run down and could use some renovations. Then again, this is par for the course in Haleiwa and the North Shore in general as it apparently gives this area its charm. We don't necessarily subscribe to the idea of charm in dilapidated buildings but many do!

We do subscribe to the idea of enjoying a good and slow paced meal with a view and that's exactly what you'll find here. To be fair, if this was Jameson's By The Freeway I don't know if we'd have any reason to visit here again but lucky for them (and us, and you) it's Jameson's By The Sea.
