Waikiki Park Heights is a condominium style building where the units are individually owned but many of the owners will rent them out as vacational rentals.
The location here isn't bad and the walk to the beach is about three blocks down the street where will put you right at Waikiki Beach (Main / Center) and Kuhio Beach Park @ Waikiki.
The building has an entrance right off of Kuhio Avenue but is actually set back a bit so, in theory, it should be a bit quieter than some of the lodging options nearby that are right on the street.
Since these are condo / apartment units, they will all have full kitchens but the amenities and included items in each will vary based on what each owner chose to add. In general, they'll all be fully furnished with everything you need to cook, sleep, etc.
In addition to all of the nearby dining options here, you'll also find a high end steak restaurant at Hy's Steak House which is located on the first floor.
