Hy's is located in the Waikiki Park Heights condominium, on the first floor, and is a high end steak and seafood restaurant.
Specialties are the USDA Prime cuts of New York Strip, Porterhouse T-Bone, and Filet Mignon which are dry-aged and trimmed on site. Kiawe wood sears the steaks with intense heat and complements the flavor of the steaks.
They're only open for dinner and have a good size menu full of delicious sounding steak dishes as well as seafood and chicken dishes.
