Outrigger Reef On The Beach - Hotels On Oahu Honolulu, Hawaii

The 639 rooms at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach are located right on the sandy beach, specially Fort DeRussy Beach Park @ Waikiki and you could even walk over the bridge / walkway and be at the (less exciting, and much smaller) Gray's Beach @ Waikiki.

The overall location here is quite good and you'll have easy access to Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and tons of restaurants and shops that are nearby.

This Outrigger property has gone a recent $110 million renovation and the property looks really nice and has a good vibe to it.

I love that they don't charge a resort fee here and offer free Internet in the lobby, pool area, and the rooms. I'm less please with the insanely high $35 per night valet parking fee.

The pool area looks quite nice as refreshing. Most rooms should have lanais but not all will. For those looking to be pampered, there is a full spa here for your to enjoy.

Dining options include Kani Ka Pila Grille for poolside food and drinks, Ocean House that offers fresh island seafood in a casual oceanfront setting, Shore Bird Restaurant & Beach Bar which features a unique "grill-your-own" approach to steak and fish dining, and even a Starbucks.
