Nihi Kai Villas offers one, two and three bedroom ocean view, garden view, partial ocean view and oceanfront suites with one or two bathrooms. Features of these suites vary and include TV, DVD player, stereo, full bath tub with shower, access to lanai, free high speed internet, and washer and dryer.
Additional room amenities include Hilton Serenity Bed Collection sheets with extra linens, towels, and beach towels, exterior entrance, ceiling fans throughout (no air conditioning); fully equipped kitchens – dishwasher, disposal, microwave, morning starter kit including custom blended and roasted Kauai Roastery coffee, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, some units equipped with safes, bath amenities by La Bottega, and private telephone and answering machine.
