Select a Penthouse Suite in the main Penthouse Building at the top of the resort or indulge in a Villa, arranged in seven Villa Buildings that terrace to Wailea Beach Park.

Enter your plush Wailea villa rental into the Great Room – a spacious open floor plan with a lavishly designed living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen, which extend to the spacious outdoor lanai with a built-in barbecue grill. Each Wailea villa rental or suite is individually furnished and appointed with an array of sophisticated amenities and cultured artwork.

Wailea Beach Villas’ Pool Attendant Services include complimentary use of chaise loungers, beach umbrellas and beach towels in a reserved area on Wailea Beach, exclusively for Wailea Beach Villa guests. The attendants offer cold, iced water with lemon, and sunscreen – and for the convenience of beach-goers, showers and changing rooms are available near the beachfront pool.

There’s the Makai beachfront infinity lagoon pool and heated jet spa that’s reserved for adult guests. Here, water gently cascades over the infinity edge, with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop, providing a relaxing poolside retreat – and a sprawling lawn leads to hidden alcoves to enjoy private covered cabanas for two.
