Sugar Beach Resort is a non-smoking oceanfront condo hotel. Each unit is individually owned – and the resort is managed by the homeowner's association / Hawiiana Management. Located at the North end of Kihei on five miles of white sandy beach, Sugar Beach Resort is landscaped with a pool, hot tub, sauna, putting green and gas BBQ's. On premise, there’s also an activity desk, sandwich shop / cocktail lounge, Massage Spa and formal wear shop. Sugar Beach Resort also provides free parking.

Sugar Beach Resort has 214 units that are ocean front, ocean view or garden view on five acres of tropical beachfront. Amenities include central air conditioning; free internet; telephone; hair dryer; cable TV; private lanai; washer/dryer; and a full kitchen with a microwave, crock pot, rice cooker, blender, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker.

Sugar Beach Resort has a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and easy beach access. There’s also a putting green, massage spa and a retail shop. Additionally, Sugar Beach Resort has gas BBQs and a sandwich shop / cocktail lounge where you can sit back and have a drink or grab a sandwich to go.
You are right on the ocean here with easy access to Kealia Beach (Sugar Beach) and Kenolio Beach.
