There are also design details like coral and limestone walls, bleached white oak floors, Sub Zero appliances, and sustainably-farmed Ohia wood from Hawaii’s Big Island.

On-Site Dining

There are three restaurants at Hotel Wailea - and the menus are inspired and created around what is readily available from the island’s own farms and fishermen, ensuring that each dish is prepared using only the finest local, seasonal and artisanal products (including those grown in their very own Wailea Organics farm on the property).

The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea is Hawaii’s first and only Relais & Châteaux restaurant. Formerly known as Capische, they offer eloquent European-inspired dishes with their island to table approach. Every menu item is crafted entirely from scratch.

The Treehouse allows you to dine within the canopy of mango and avocados in a dramatic treehouse setting complete with stunning ocean views, 5 course private chef dinner hosted by our award-winning restaurant and sunset champagne toast.

The Cabanas open in the afternoon and provide a relaxed Aloha feel. This casual poolside spot is great for light al fresco meals and drinks. Signature cocktails are prepared with their made-from-scratch sodas and simple syrups. Fresh pressed juices and frozen smoothies are also available – including special rejuvenation tonics to help guests recover after their flight or a long day exploring the island.

Spa Services

You can treat yourself and your partner to a stress-releasing massage from their highly-trained spa staff. Try an authentic Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage (whose name in Ancient Hawaiian means to knead back and forth like the paws of a contented cat) or a soothing Pohaku hot stone treatment. Additionally, you can either relax in the privacy of your own suite or take your treatment down to their streamside gazebo.

Pool And Recreation

There is access to a swimming pool, hot tub, and private cabanas. Hotel Wailea also offers an array of ocean activities – as well as daily yoga classes, private fitness training, and exclusive access to the Hotel Wailea Beach Club (which features reserved beachfront lounge chairs, bottled water, and beach towel service). There are also complimentary Hawaiian outrigger canoeing, Kiteboarding, tennis, and golf.

Hotel Wailea also has a top floor fitness facility that is opened daily – and offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment by Healthrider and Bowflex, free weights and yoga mats. Complimentary activities include al fresco yoga classes held poolside on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as well as a Friday morning class – and a monthly event sponsored by Lululemon in the soaring glass-walled and wood-paneled Anuhea Room yoga studio.

Additionally, Hotel Wailea has a cocktail cruise on the Ali' Nui. This sail offers pure relaxation – and you can just sit back and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine, a specialty cocktail, or your choice of four premium scotches. Here, you can revel in a romantic evening with your other half or just bask in an outing with good friends.
