Just a bit further (east) up the Hana Highway from H.A. Baldwin Beach Park is where you'll find Lower Paia Park.
The beach area is nice and very clean though the waves do break right on the shore so be careful when entering or exiting or if the ocean is angry.
This beach is unique in that it has a basketball park, large park area, and even a nice looking skate park. Overall, it's a better than average beach.
