Namalu Bay Beach is a beach made up mostly of rocks and pebbles so you won't find any sand here. It's a beautiful place to see, just not a place you'll set up a towel and beach umbrella for the day.
For parking, drive along Lower Honoapiilani Road a bit south of the bay near Kapalua Bay Beach and you'll see a blue shoreline access sign right near the Sea House Restaurant where you can park. From there, follow the path to Kapalua Bay Beach and once there follow the beach walk north and Namalu Bay will be right next to (north of) Kapalua Bay Beach.
The bigger issue, once here, is that there is no easy path down to the water so expect to do a little hiking to get down there if you really feel the need to.
If you are in the area I do suggest walking over here since that's easy to do via the nice beach walk that runs along here. Come and enjoy the view, take some photos, relax, contemplate the meaning of life, and think about how you can move to Hawaii for good (it's only natural).
When you're done with that and want to cool off, walk two minutes south along the beach walk to Kapalua Bay Beach and continue the relaxation process while floating in the ocean.
