Fisherman's Trail is a fairly easy hike overall but does have some very minor up and downs over large rocks in some areas. The trail is fairly well cleared in most spots and follows the coastline from the far west end of The Challenge at Manele Golf Course all the way to Hulopo'e Bay Beach Park.

Parking can be found at the far west end right off of Kapihaa Place. Just follow it west and after it curves north you'll see a parking area on your left.

While it is fairly easy, you will want actual shoes and not slippers (flip flops). It's also likely to be hot with no shade so bring a hat and plenty of water. Apply plenty of sunscreen to Protect Yourself From Sunburn & Skin Cancer and always read up on Hiking Safety & Essentials before taking on any hike.

This out and back hiking trail is a bit over 2 miles from one end to the other, so 4 miles if you're hiking back to the starting point to get your car.

The entire way was some pretty awesome views, especially on the west end of the trail where you start at a high elevation so bring a camera and take some shots. The only sand you'll see along the way is from the golf course sand traps.

If you don't like heights then you may not like this hike so if that's the case try starting over on the east end by Hulopo'e Bay Beach Park instead and then walk as far as you want and come back.
