Pedal Bike Tours offers sightseeing tours of Waikiki, Honolulu, and Oahu's north shore as well as bike rentals. The tours are family friendly and intended for novice riders of all ages.
Most of the tour groups are limited to around 6 guests at a time (arrangements can be made for larger groups). They supply the bikes, helmets, water, and so on and generally average 3 to 12 miles depending on the tour. For some tours, like their north shore tour, you'll also receive lunch at Giovanni's Shrimp Truck as part of the tour.
Pedal Hawaii is a fun and unique way to see the island.
