If you like butter broiled shrimp smothered with garlic, then you'll have a fiesta in Kahuku. Kahuku is known for their shrimp farms, and having several different Kahuku shrimp trucks and restaurants. Giovanni's is recognizable for their truck that is covered with graffiti.
So here's the lowdown - for $13 you get 12 shrimps and 2 scoops of rice. The shrimp can be prepared scampi style or simply with butter. The shrimp are served with the shell, so you'll get messy de-shelling these cooked creatures.
