Ka'elehuluhulu Beach is part of the Kekaha Kai State Park and the easiest of the beaches in the state park to reach since the road dumps right into a parking lot right by the beach.
Tide pools
So, getting here is pretty easy but does require a short drive down a poorly maintained road so go slow. The first parking area you come to is where you'd park for Mahai'ula Beach and Makalawena Beach to the north or Makole'a Beach to the southwest. Keep driving until you're closer to the ocean where you'll find a lot for Kaelehuluhulu Beach.
Swimming likely won't be the best here and getting into the ocean can be difficult due to the reefy bottom but it's a great place to have a picnic or otherwise just enjoy the surrounding beauty. Bathrooms are available here along with picnic tables, grills, and shady areas.
