A great burger and sandwich joint inside an old-timey ice cream parlor setting. It's surprisingly good, fun, and well priced.

Located inside the Pearlridge Center (the Uptown building) is where you'll find this very unique restaurant. If you took an old school ice cream parlor and combined it with a diner and put it on Main Street USA in Disney World then you would have Farrells.
This is the perfect place to take kids, especially on Wednesdays when they can eat free (one per adult entree and drink purchased). Kids will love the old-timey cartoons (original Disney black and white cartoons) and if you are celebrating a birthday they'll really make it special.
The service here has always been excellent and friendly every time we've come (with and without kids) and the food is excellent as well. It's a lot of typical American style diner food (burgers, sandwiches, etc) but it's all very good.
The real attraction here will be dessert and Farrells offers an insanely large dessert menu. Pretty much every type of ice cream based arrangement you could imagine, and many more you couldn't. For example, one is called "fake chicken dinner" and comes with mashed potatoes and gravy (ice cream and caramel sauce), chicken nuggets (Zagnut bars), and peas and carrots (candy).
We highly recommend a detour here, especially if you have kids. Besides, if you visit Pearlridge Center it's going to be better than the food court.
