The Craving Thai food truck is located off the main street of Koloa right next to Chalupa's Mexican Food food truck. The woman who took my order was nice and the food came out quickly.
I tried the spring rolls and they were pretty good. There are tables with umbrellas right in front of the truck which was good because it started to rain while we were eating. The prices were reasonable, not too expensive.
I also had the Thai iced tea. It was delicious but the cup was on the small side and I wish there was more.
