One'ula Beach Park is located on the south shore of O'ahu in the city of Ewa Beach and is tucked away in a residential area and through some semi-rough, though paved, roads. There is plenty of parking offered in a large dirt parking lot, which is pretty bad in spots so watch where you drive.
There is no grass here, just dirt a parking lot and then sandy beach. The beach itself has quite a bit of washed up sea debris all over it. Several parts have a lot of rocky areas down by the water line as well so it's not a great place to swim and doesn't have much to offer for non-surfers.
This place does get quite busy with locals when the surf is up but plenty of parking shouldn't make that a problem. If you do want to come here it's probably just to surf or watch the surfers because this it's not a great beach. If you do like to surf then this is a good spot for intermediate level surfing but probably not best for beginners unless the ocean is on the calm side.
