Amasia was created year 2012, and it is situated at the Grand Wailea A Waldorf Astoria Resort. The term Amasia means merging of cuisines of both continents – North American and Asian cuisine. Award winning Chef Alan Wong conceived the idea of Amasia.
Its menu offers a wide variety of cold and hot Pupus, Soups and salads, Entrees, Rice & Noodles, Sushi, Rolls, Nigiri, and Desserts.
