Surprisingly good Chinese cuisine for a food court.

Located in the Makai Market Food Court at the Ala Moana Shopping Center at the Ala Moana Center is an often overlooked Chinese counter restaurant. Chinatown Express serves reasonably good dishes, but I seldom see a line there. Perhaps people are more accustomed to grab a bite at Panda Express, two booths away. We ordered the shrimp plate with rice and it was really good. The shrimp were large and tasted fresh, not fishy. The sauce was a bit salty, but delicious none the less. It's not the best Chinese in town, but it's worth a try.
