This beach doesn't have any easy access by land and requires permission from the Kauai Coffee Company.
Palama Beach doesn't have any decent access since it requires passing over land owned by the Kauai Coffee Company and they're probably not going to give you permission to cross their land. If you did manage to use their dirt roads you would be stopped by a locked gate near the end.
If you make it there you'll likely find a hidden beach all to yourself.
