Waipouli Beach Park is also known as Baby Beach and Fuji Beach and it's a pretty average beach overall.
The southern portions of the beach are protected from the open ocean and are good places for smaller kids to splash around, but there isn't a ton of room for that because of all of the exposed reef.
The northern end has more sand while the southern end doesn't have much dry sand. It could be a good place for beachcombing but it's not the cleanest beach around. It's feels very much like a locals beach, and if you lived around here you'd probably use it but otherwise it's likely not a destination beach for most.
