The Aqua Pacific Monarch hotel is a budget lodging option in the Waikiki area. It's not located on the beach and is around a four block walk before your toes will touch the sand. When they do you'll be in a good spot between Waikiki Beach (Main / Center) and Kuhio Beach Park @ Waikiki.
This isn't a luxury hotel but if you are on a budget they offer some low priced rooms while still keeping you in Waikiki. They have regular rooms and larger rooms with small kitchens as well.
There is a Japanese dining option on site at Jinroku Restaurant & Bar.
