Big City Diner in Waipio is a typical American diner type of restaurant. It has a large menu of various American dishes, burgers, sandwiches, and several Hawaiian plates to choose from.

The food was what you would expect from a diner which is tasty but not the highest quality. It's priced well and you get a ton of food. The service was very friendly and fast which made our experience better than expected and it's a place we'll likely be back to many times. We enjoyed some of their sandwiches along with some of their chili nachos. If you upgrade to the garlic fries be warned that they are more "garlic with fries" than "fries with garlic".
