Morimoto Maui is located at the Andaz Maui At Wailea and you'll find it out back at the lower level pool area. It's the same Morimoto of Iron Chef fame and who also owns Morimoto Waikiki.
This restaurant serves of Japanese style food and sushi but uses locally sourced ingredients from Maui. There is both indoor and outdoor seating so you can enjoy some lovely ocean views while you eat.
Keep in mind that this is most likely going to be a pricey meal if you eat here. You are at a super high end hotel and at a super high end restaurant by a celebrity chef. Do the math and you'll be out a few dollars after eating here.
