Hoaloha Park is located at Kahului Harbor, just a bit west of Kahului Airport (OGG). It's a large park along Kahului Bay and is well protected from the open ocean.
There is plenty of parking here in the paved lot, or dirt lot next to it, but this probably isn't a beach you'd want to visit. It's located right by Kahului Harbor so it's not what you would call clean and inviting and the sandy beach area and water just aren't anything special. The ocean views with mountain backdrops, however, are very nice.
It is a popular place to launch a canoe and there are bathrooms and showers as well as a shady hut structure. It also has exercise equipment and a snack bar. It's pretty close to the airport so could make a good place to kill time before a flight but otherwise not a place the average tourist would head to.
