It's a hot dog stand, Hawaiian style. They serve up hot dogs and polish sausages but with a unique twisty.
To start, the buns aren't normal hot dog buns. They're more of a hot dog pod. They basically take a normal hot dog bun and drill out a hole the size of a hot dog (that doesn't go all the way through). After that, they squirt in any one of a variety of sauces that you choose from and drop the dog in.
The bun, along with their sauces, create a pretty unique take on the American hot dog tradition.
