The Kahala Beach Condominium - Hotels On Oahu Honolulu, Hawaii

The Kahala Beach Condominiums are located right next to The Kahala Hotel & Resort at Wai'alae Beach Park and are just east of Diamond Head Crater.

These units are privately owned so you'll either be renting from the owner or their management company.

Short terms rentals are not allowed so that means the owners here can only rent to one part per 31 day period. If you are only staying 5 days that owner won't be able to rent their unit again for another 26 days so because of that you might end up renting for a full month without being able to use a full month.

On the other hand, if you are staying for a couple of weeks or longer then these units might have some nice rental appeal for that time and could be quite a bit cheaper than a hotel with the full amenities of a condo / home.

The location is certainly nice with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. There is a pool here and you are right on the beach as well. If traffic is good it's about a 15 minute drive to Waikiki area.

As with all privately owned rentals, each unit is potentially different so make sure you get details and recent pictures of the exact unit you'll be renting before you make your reservation.
