Penny's Place Inn Paradise Bed and Breakfast is located on the world famous Front Street in the historic Old Lahaina Town. Just 150 feet from the water's edge, this B&B offers ocean views of Lana'i Island, Molokai Guide, and the leeward beaches of Lahaina – as well as views of the Kaanapali Resort and golf course area.
Guests can relax or "talk story" on the eight by 42 foot balcony and Victorian turret and the wicker furniture present is for lounging, reading, or watching the sunsets. All guests have access to a common kitchenette on the balcony with toaster, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ice machine - and all the basics for early morning coffee before breakfast, or a late night snack. Additionally, there are laundry facilities, complimentary wireless internet connection, on-site parking - and a small library with books about the history, culture and customs of the Hawaiian Islands.
There’s also a guest information area that provides information about events and activities – as well as brochures, restaurant and gallery information, shopping guides and maps of the island.
Additionally, since permitted Bed and Breakfasts in Maui County are only allowed to serve fruit and pastry. This getaway provides guests with the option of going to a nearby restaurant for a “breakfast-type meal” free of charge. Breakfast baskets are also offered with fruit and baked in-house cinnamon rolls.
Rooms
Penny's Place offers four furnished rooms, one of which is a honeymoon suite. Each room has a private bath, old world furnishings, period fixtures, air conditioning, free wireless internet, ceiling fans, cable TV and DVD player with complimentary movies. There is a minimum five night stay required at this Bed and Breakfast.
