The Mana Kai Maui, home of the on-site rental management program, manages 48 two bedroom condominiums. The resort offers one and two bedroom beachfront condos with a private lanai that overlooked the southern end of the island and hotel style units. Daily maid service and pool towel exchange is included in the rate and there’s free parking, free WIFI and no resort fees.
Other condo and hotel amenities include a heated swimming pool, deli/general store, yoga studio, stand-up paddle board and beach equipment rentals, free local phone calls, free cable flat screen TV’s, complimentary pool towel exchange, gas BBQ grills, laundry facilities on every floor and an award winning restaurant.
Rooms
At Mana Kai Maui, each condominium is individually owned and have unique features. The floor plans are the same in each condominium and the variety of locations in the building and unit upgrades has created 7 different categories, ranging from Hotel rooms to elegant Premium Ocean Views. Mana Kai Maui is an 8 story building and there are no ground floor units as condos start on the 2nd floor. All of their one- and two-bedroom condominiums feature a private lanai (patio) with views of the mile-long sandy Keawakapu Beach and the sparkling blue Pacific.
All their one and two bedroom condominium units feature fully-equipped modern kitchens with microwaves, free high-speed internet access, cable TV and DVD players. Each lanai overlooks the white sand of Keawakapu Beach with views of Molokini Crater, Kaho'olawe Island and the southern end of Maui. They also offer hotel-style rooms for those who are budget minded travelers. All their hotel rooms are located on the north side of the building. These units are for budget-minded travelers, short stays, and for those on the go who are mostly interested in Mana Kai Maui’s beachfront property.
Amenities include: daily maid service, cable TV, phone, free WiFi, microwave, coffee maker, DVD Player, full kitchen (only in condos – microwave and mini fridge in hotel rooms) ceiling fans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and an in-room safe.
