Koko Cafe is located in the Hale Koa Hotel (Military Hotel) and while anyone can walk up to the Koko Cafe from Waikiki Beach you will need either a hotel key or military ID to eat here.
They serve up a breakfast buffet (along with a small breakfast menu if you don't want the buffet) and then various sandwiches, burgers, pastas, and steaks and seafood entrees for lunch and dinner.
