The units here are individually owned and rented by their owners (or management companies) so it's important to get information and photos of the exact room you plan to stay at before committing to a reservation.
If you can get an updated unit then you should be in good shape as the area here is pretty nice and quieter than anything in Waikiki will be. Get one with an ocean view and you're sure to have some excellent panoramas of Waikiki and beyond.
The building is ocean front but there isn't any sand between it and the water so you'll at least be walking down the path to the Outrigger Canoe Club Beach @ Waikiki or Kaimana / Sans Souci Beach @ Waikiki or a bit more of a hike to get to the other beaches of Waikiki or Waikiki Beach (Main / Center).
You won't find any restaurants here but there are some nearby and a ton just a few blocks away in the heart of Waikiki.
