Bravo Restaurant - Restaurants On Oahu Aiea, Hawaii

Bravo Restaurant is located at Pearlridge Center on the very southwest end, right on the corner of the Kamehameha Highway (99) and Kaonohi Street, under Anna Miller's restaurant.

We went for lunch and while they had some excellent lunch deals that could easily get you out for under $15.00 per person we decided to try some of their full entrees. They also bring you complimentary fresh made garlic bread (balls) which are really tasty. They can be a bit dry so ordering a side of marinara sauce to dip is recommended.

I had the Baked Rigatoni ($12.99) which uses their made-fresh-daily rigatoni noodles, meat sauce, and covers it with some mozzarella cheese. It was a huge portion but so good that I had no trouble eating every bit of it. The noodles are excellent and the meat sauce was very good but my Italian half says it was a little bit bland. Still delicious overall.

Beth had the linguine pasta with spinach and artichokes ($12.99) which was also tasty, again with their fresh made pasta. It was also a very large portion so half of it came home in a box to be eaten another day. Of course, we did find a way to split a piece of Tiramisu ($5.99) and it was excellent as well.

Sodas and iced teas are a reasonable $2.69 each. There is a lot of value here considering you're getting great food at fair prices that won't break the bank. This isn't the best or most authentic Italian food but we've also eaten at other Italian restaurants for twice the price that are only half as good.

Service here was perfect in every way. Our waitress (Cheyenna) was super fast with our order, getting the food out, bringing bread refills, drink refills, dessert, and the check. Just top notch service all around and significantly better than places costing three times as much.

The restaurant interior feels very dated inside and it has a bit of a diner feel to it. It's that feeling of it being perfectly clean, but needs an overhaul to make it sparkle.

Overall, it's a solid 4 stars if not a tiny bit higher so we do recommend it to you.
