Los Chaparros is a great authentic style Mexican restaurant in Honolulu. The place is large than it appears from the outside and the employees were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our entire meal.
We tried a Chimichanga which came with rice and beans and it was perfectly cooked and very delicious. We also tried one of their combo plates with a crunchy shredded beef taco, shredded beef enchilada, and shredded beef chimichanga along with rice and beans.
Everything was perfect all around. Very tasty food with great service, what more can you ask for? This one is going on our eat-here-often list for sure.
