Three Tables Beach is a beach on the north shore of O'ahu, in the Haleiwa area, that you wouldn't go near in the winter because of the high surf. Inn the summertime, and when the ocean is calm, it's a near perfect beach and can be a great place to snorkel.
Getting here is easy (see our map/directions page), though the parking situation is a little rough as it only has a small dirt pull off on the side of the Kamehameha Highway. During the week and earlier in the day are your best bets for finding spots to park.
The sandy beach area is a decent size and the best spots for playing in the water will be to your left once you hit the sand and face the ocean (south side). The water is a really nice shade of blue over on the left side and it's a great place to play.
You'll find good snorkeling around the tables but watch for rip currents here and stay out when the ocean is angry. If you're not a strong swimmer and you get in trouble you'll be on your own out here as there are no lifeguards at Three Tables Beach.
