Waipa Foundation offers guests an opportunity to stroll through their gardens while learning about Hawaiian culture and foods that are still grown in Hawaii today. Cooking demonstrations and tastings are also offered and you'll also be able to purchase some of the ingredients used and meet the farmers at their farmer's market.
Call ahead to make reservations, they're open Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM (it's a paid tour) while the farmer's market is open Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and has free admission.
