The Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach is not a new building, but is completely renovating the former Waikiki Trade Center office building. The new hotel is anchored by a 34,000 square foot, two level Nordstrom Rack.
The hotel itself features large, floor-to-ceiling windows and provides incredible views of surrounding Waikiki. The building offers 230 upscale and oversized rooms and suites with spa-like bathrooms, an entertainment deck and outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, American Savings Bank, Island Gourmet Markets, a bar, a fitness center, and 400 parking garage spaces.
