The Ritz-Carlton Residences is located in Waikiki (see our Waikiki Guide) and just a few blocks away from the Waikiki Beach with the closest section being Fort DeRussy Beach Park @ Waikiki. This is the first Ritz-Carlton Residences branded property on Oahu.
This resort combines condominium units for full time living as well as a hotel section for visitors. The 324 unit "west" hotel tower offers beautiful views from its 37 stories. Room styles vary between studios and three-bedroom suites.
The 37 story "east" tower will house 246 condo style units for owners and is scheduled to open in 2018. The resort offers dining and shopping options onsite as well as a plethora of nearby shopping options, many of which fall into the "luxury" shopping category.
