Banan is the brainchild of four high school friends from Oahu that wanted to create a farm to table concept that used mostly local ingredients. Banan is a frozen banana "ice cream". They have flavors such as banana, Acai, mango, greens, and more. Topping include coconut, local chocolate, local honey, granola, fresh fruit, just to name a few.
This food truck sits next to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on Monsarrat Ave. They have a Kickstarter campaign to build a brick and mortar store front.
There is an outdoor seating area with tables and shades. They even put out crayons and coloring pages on the tables.
