The Niihau is a 10 story apartment building with units that are individually owned and some get rented out through VRBO websites. The location is certainly good and you're within walking distance to countless restaurants, shops, and even the beach is only about a two block walk away.
As with any lodging like this, each unit will be different so it's important to get current photos of the unit you'll be renting if you plan to stay here. Parking under the building is very limited so you'll want to see if a parking space is included as well if you plan to have a rental car.
