Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ is located at Kapolei Commons and offers a cook-it-yourself style dining experience. The main menu is a la carte so you can choose individual appetizers, proteins (beef, poultry, seafood, pork), vegetables, and more. Each is a small portion so you'll be able to choose several and share amongst your group.

Most items come ready-to-cook (a few are pre-cooked). In the middle of your table is a small gas grill and you'll cook most of your food yourself. The servers will explain how everything works and give suggested cooking times for everything but it's all pretty easy to figure out.

Cook up your food and enjoy it hot off the grill. Even some of the desserts, like S'mores, are cooked on the grill in front of you which kids are sure to love. Speaking of kids, they also offer kids meals. Happy hour times are also available and offer a slightly discounted price on most food and drinks.
