It seems sort of ironic that a restaurant chain based on an island / surfing / tropical theme only has one location in all of Hawaii (with the rest in the mainland's southwest region) but it's Ala Moana Center location (4th level) is a good fit. The theming here will put you into that perfect island style mood and if that doesn't work then have a Mai-Tai.
They mainly serve great burgers and American style tacos. The place is always neat and clean and offers very good service. It's a good place for kids as well and will give them a kids menu with activities to keep them busy for a few minutes until the food arrives.
