Located in the Hawaii Kai shopping Center, this concept restaurant is the brainchild of Ted Tsakiris and Rich Stula, who opened the first Teddy’s Bigger Burgers in 1998.
You will be able to pick your starch, veggies, and protein, then hand your creation over to the cook who stir fry it on a iron griddle traditionally used for Mongolian barbecue. There will be 12 different specialty sauces. You will also be able to make your own poke and salad bowls.
The new location will be next to Koa Pancake House and City Mill in the Hawaii Kai Towne Center.
